Learning and writing inform how I lead.

Understanding people.
Seeing the wider picture.

My career began in journalism as a reporter and presenter for Radio Televizioni Shqiptar’s programme Troc, produced in collaboration with UNICEF. My development also included BBC training.

Experience in the strategic policies department at Kosovo’s Ministry of Foreign Affairs, alongside work within a prosecutor’s office and a municipality in Italy, broadened my understanding of institutions, public responsibility and communication.

My UK experience includes long-standing work with Priory Group and Aspris Children’s Services, followed by leadership and service development in children’s homes. I have helped organisations open new homes from scratch, strengthen teams and improve standards. This work has developed my ability to make decisions, manage competing priorities and translate a plan into daily practice.

Across these settings, I bring the same strengths: clear judgement, an ability to connect with people and the confidence to turn ideas into action. I value a clear vision, people who understand their role in it, and the discipline to follow through.
